koffiemolen

vintage thingies thursday

I got this wonderful coffee mill from my FIL.
deze koffiemolen kreeg ik jaren geleden
van mijn schoonvader zaliger.

Dat is een mooie.
Ik kan me nog herinneren dat ik als kind koffiebonen mocht malen voor mijn moeder. Dat was best een zwaar werkje.
Ik heb de koffiemolen ook nog staan.

I used to use one of those- I would love to have one again-slow ground coffee is so much nicer!

My Italian mother-in-law had one of those and I used to love smelling it!
I must confesss that nowadays I use a mortar and pestle to grind herbs, spices and garlic but I use a mini-electric grinder for my coffee beans.
