Oh wow! How cool! I have an old table top hair dryer (the kid with the poofy strawberry shaped cap) and some old beauty salon combs and I just love this stuff.

How lovely to have something from your grandma. Its nice to have things to remember those we love by. I have never seen that type of metal clips before.

Oh how lovely! My grandmother was a little older, and she had those metal clip things for waves, and some metal curlers like in the top row on the right. My mother has used something like the big curlers on the left.

My grandma had curlers like that...I seem to recall they hurt your head...really bad! Neat post..

Have a great VTT and a wonderful weekend.

I had some of the tubelike curlers at the top left. I do NOT have fond memories of them. I never wore mine outdoors, but I remember when it was common to see women shopping with a head full of curlers.

I remember my Mom and Grandma both using those black curlers! They look like they would be very uncomfortable to sleep in! Thanks for the memories!
Happy VTT!

Wow - I actually used curlers like the ones on the top left with the brushes inside - they were awful to sleep in - and looking back I can't believe we did - LOL!!
Cheers!
